🍌 Week 4 · Weekly Bulletin no. 4
Erotic Blueprints
Learn your erotic love language.
The homework this week is simply to listen to this podcast: Wired for Pleasure — available on Spotify, YouTube and Apple Podcasts.
Action points
- While you listen, jot down any questions — an Erotic Blueprints coach is joining on Tuesday to answer them all!
- Take the quiz to find out which Erotic Blueprint you are: s.surveyanyplace.com/eroticblueprint

There isn't much free material out there on Erotic Blueprints beyond the podcast above — this is one of those topics where an actual course is the only way to go deeper. Lucky for us, we have a coach coming in!
The 5 Erotic Blueprint types
1. Energetic
Aroused by space, anticipation and tease. Very sensitive, and needs time to assimilate to sexual touch — too much too fast turns them off. If you love a lot of foreplay and enjoy experimenting with toys, massage oils and other props, this is probably you.
2. Sensual
Aroused by sensation: touch, sound, taste, smell. Brings beauty, comfort and whole-body sensuality to a sexual encounter. Their biggest turn-off is being stuck in their head and living in tension — they need to be relaxed to open to connection and turn-on. If you need the right lighting, music and smells to get excited, this might be your blueprint.
3. Sexual
Aroused by the simple act of intercourse. Sex is fun, and they use it to relax — ready to get down to business whenever there's time or a willing partner. Can get stuck in a limited, goal-oriented view of sexuality.
4. Kinky
Aroused by the taboo. Often carries deep shame about these desires — without a supportive partner who deeply listens, they can suppress this side of themselves and become distant or develop self-esteem issues.
5. Shapeshifter
Aroused by all of the above. Endlessly creative, but needs an equally adventurous partner. Can slip into becoming what others want instead of owning their own sexuality, needs and desires — shapeshifters often need to take time to reconnect with themselves so they can be more authentic and vocal about their preferences.
